We are an ethical and quality provider of natural healing
resources and services on the internet and at the
Naturopathic Healing Arts Center
in Tulsa, Oklahoma. We have established general policy
guidelines while also knowing that we cannot and do not
cover all circumstances and situations. Fair and prompt
resolution of your concerns is our goal.
Shipping Guidelines
We offer FREE UPS ground shipping on orders greater than
$200.
If you have received any products in error or there are
any mistakes in your order, please
contact us immediately so we can correct it as soon as
possible.
Supplements and food are shipped only
via UPS. UPS ground is our standard shipping method. Some
expedited UPS shipping options are available.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
We ship only to residence or business
addresses in the USA. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii
may incur additional ship charges.
Orders placed after NOON central time
will be processed the following business day. Contact us,
if you wish to expedite shipping. Additional charges will
apply for expedited orders.
Some products may be eligible for free
shipping and they will be indicated as such in our store.
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage must be reported to us immediately upon
receipt of product. Retain the outer shipping carton and
all damaged items. (Saving these items constitutes proof
of the claim to UPS.) We cannot be responsible for any
shipping damage compensation claims that occur beyond five
days of receipt.
Returns
If you are unsatisfied with a product, you must call the
Naturopathic Healing Arts Center
within 30 days of the Invoice date of your order and we
will make arrangements for your credit, refund or exchange
depending on the circumstances. No products may be
returned without prior arrangements with us, a Return
Authorization ID issued by us and a copy of your invoice.
Opened consumable products are not returnable unless they
possess a manufacturing defect or have been damaged in
shipping. Returned nutritional supplements must be shipped
via UPS. If they are shipped via any other carrier, we
will not credit your account or issue an exchange.
Our original shipping and handling
charges are not refundable in the event of returns.
A restocking fee of 20% may be applied
to unopened and undamaged returns, if we have agreed to
accept the return. We strongly recommend that you seek the
advice of Dr. Groves or
other health care professional before you place your
order.
